You have not exhausted your creative ability. How do I know? Because creativity is a gift from God, and He wants you to use it to the fullest! Our gifts are never exhausted (even though we get exhausted which stifles creativity). Finding a new level of creativity for your ministry and business is possible as long as you are alive and willing to work for it. Gifts are not given just for you to enjoy. They are given for the betterment of other people. They are given to be used to the fullest degree. Praise God and give!
Let’s be honest, some people are more creative than others. The fastest way to find a new level of creativity for your ministry and business is to work with a person who is naturally creative. Look for someone who is not in your normal circles to give you a fresh perspective. When you work as a team, finding a new level of creativity in your ministry and business will be faster and more productive. It is the difference between a memorable experience that attracts and retains people and something that people easily forget.
Why do you need to find new levels of creativity in your ministry and business? Because creativity attracts. It draws people emotionally and physically. It stirs the senses, makes you feel, laugh, think, and desire. God, the master creator, gave us colors, aromas, and beauty from the depths of the ocean to infinite heights in the sky. There are no limits with Him!
For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created through Him and for Him.– Colossiams1:16
Take a scroll through these websites and social media pages of some of the most influential ministries and churches in the United States. Look for ways they use creativity to communicate and share their message.

Elevation Church Facebook Page
Samaritan’s Purse Facebook Page
Compassion International Facebook Page
See something you like? Why did it draw your interest? Did you click on anything? What made you click?
The need to be creative, different, and fresh never ends. How you package your message should change to meet the communication styles of the culture and your desired audience and demographics. For example, there are many ways to get to a clear presentation of the gospel. Years ago, I learned what’s called the Romans Road to Salvation to share the gospel. I know a man who said he embraced Jesus Christ while sitting at a bar as an alcoholic. Another person I know said he was high on marijuana when he came across a Christian TV station and heard the gospel. Amazingly, the effect of the marijuana wore off when the gospel was presented (Yes, after years, he is still solid in his faith). As wild as it seems, God is very creative in how He communicates with us.
The better you use creativity as a doorway, the better you will be received, and your goals met.
In fact, if you’re not using creativity in your ministry and business, you are falling far short of the results you would have if you stopped looking at what others are doing, and asked God to show you how to creatively excel and meet your own goals.
Ready for a new level of creativity?
Think about what you want to do?
Write a book?
Have an event?
Move your ministry to a new level?
Make more money?
Grow your Business?
Have more fun?
Start with prayer. Talk to the Master Creator about what you want to do and what He wants to do through you. Be willing to consider things that you haven’t done before. Be open and start answering questions like, “What do people want to feel? What should they see? What should they hear? What should they experience?”
Ask yourself, “What does it take for people to respond according to my hopes?”
Now, make a list of ways to possibly accomplish your goals. Get with your team (or friends) and streamline your list until you find the right creative direction. After you have enough ideas, lay the list aside for a few days and come back to see which ideas are best. Then consider other needs like money, space, people, marketing, supplies, etc.
Keep praying and keep making updates and changes as needed. If your creative direction is working, continue to move in that direction. If something is not working, don’t be emotional about it. Stop, regroup, and try again.
Even if you find a successful creative path, it won’t last forever. Continue to make changes, stay relevant, be exciting, and keep growing.
God has enough creativity for everyone. All you have to do is tap into the gift, be flexible, and let the creativity flow.
