Managing a ministry and a business takes a certain kind of person. You care about people AND you care about money. The goal is to strike the perfect balance between the two and honor God with it all. To make that happen requires the ability to recognize what’s right and what’s wrong. You will need to speak up, address issues, and demand a response to life that fits what God is doing.
