There is always a reason to quit. People are crazy. They don’t care. It’s too hard. You’re tired, bored, etc. Knowing how to keep moving forward when your really want to stop takes time and patience with yourself.
What would happen if, no matter what, you just kept finding the strength to keep moving forward?
Here’s what would happen. Most of the issues would get left in the background, because when you keep moving forward you don’t have time to mess with the small stuff that’s designed to hold you back.
When you have difficult experiences, the natural tendency is to favor comfortable behaviors and familiar outcomes that make you feel better temporarily. But, that’s not the answer. The solution is to find a way to keep moving forward in spite of the challenges, through the criticism, the frustration, and disappointments. You just refuse to quit!
The strength to keep moving forward comes when you keep adjusting, keep believing, and keep your focus. You create your own momentum and your momentum increases your strength. Your increased strength motivates you so you can manage your challenges more efficiently. Then, you start chipping away at the barriers that hinder until you can jump over the hurdles that stand in your way. It’s a process, but eventually, you will gain a clear view of your success. As you move toward your vision your confidence increases giving you a renewed sense of empowerment. Your empowerment creates your new position and your new place takes you to new levels and new challenges.
The solution to the new challenges – find the strength to keep moving forward!
Yes, it is a process, but embracing the journey and having a little fun along the way give you a powerful new outlook that helps you reframe your perspectives. Your forward movement, takes you beyond your original goals, creating new dreams, and a new expectation of what life will deliver. It all happens when you refuse to quit. Instead, you find the strength to keep moving forward.
In my coming book, Draw The Line, I’m diving into everything that it takes to fight for yourself, no matter what. I hope you will register below with The Extra Life and join me.
