  1. Hi Valarie, That is a great idea and so needed! The key is to figure out what you will offer for income. You may have to consider a combination for-profit/nonprofit strategy. I am starting a coaching group so I can offer help to more people. I will send you the email that goes out in a few weeks. It will allow you to be a part of a network where we all share information. Blessings to you!

  2. Hello Rhonda. Do you have any insights about starting a Pregnancy Care Center as a for profit? I’ve worked in one before but it was a non profit and struggled with finances. Typically salaries are so low it’s hard to get good people to work the hours and do the tasks for certain paid positions.
Your input would be greatly appreciated!

  3. Hi Marshall. Thanks!

I’m so glad you mentioned writing. It reminds me to start focusing more on content development as a direction for Marketplace Ministry, especially now.

The answer to your questions depends on the purpose for your writing and the resources that you have available. Free sites are great if money is tight. However, I find that free sites have ads that you may not want. You can always start free and transfer the content later. Another option is to pay for the webhosting and use their WordPress app that is included.

I always look for free sites first. It also helps to use the free trials. The biggest move is to start writing. No matter how you start, you will constantly make changes as you learn more.

I’ll post more on the subject this month.

    Thanks again!

  4. Great blog! Do you have any helpful hints for aspiring writers?
I’m hoping to start my own website soon but I’m
